Good learning path especially for fresh graduate. Colleague is nice and helpful even not in same department. An open working environment makes you comfortable to work.

Some developers might need to directly handle cases or issues from client which lead to poor work life balance.

Manager will encourage and provide chances for you to try new tech. Reasonable raise that make your effort paid off. Friendly and inclusive as a family. Offer drinks and snacks at all time. Free seasonal parking.
