Pros

* Open and transparent leadership. * Management is friendly, approachable, and focused on the long-term goals. * The company is avoiding lavish expenses and overpriced real estate while in startup mode. * The staff is friendly and supportive. * Everyone is willing to lend a hand, and I've never heard anyone say, "That's not my job." * There's a lot of work, but I'm enjoying it and working with great people and new and innovative technology. * The company supports remote workers for many jobs.

Cons

The only con--and this is not the company's fault--is that it takes a long time for me to travel to the home office for my occasional visits from where I live on the left coast. Over 98% of my work can be done remotely, though.

A culture where employees are are treated with respect and professionalism. Working with very smart and knowledgeable co-workers in a very dynamic and engaging environment. Working on exciting new technology !

Cons

Being that it's relatively new company, they are still working on creating work process flows and operations structure. This could be welcomed by some but considered a deterrent by others.
