This model is driving the company’s success and providing recruiters with a consistent stream of clients and open reqs—which is rare in today’s market where a lot of firms are struggling with low job reqs.
Beyond that, the culture at ISG is amazing. There is no micro-management— leadership gives you all the support and resources needed to be successful and trusts your quality of work. Management has also created an environment with such a great work life balance that's unmatched. As far as growth goes, the promotion plan is transparent and well-structured, offering clear paths for advancement. Only con would be wishing we did more team nights to be able to see co-workers more since we are fully-remote.
