Pros
I have worked at ISG Transportation for 18 years! We staff the best people in the industry. One of the few companies in the industry that allows their sales reps to earn commission without any caps. ISG is big enough that there is still room to move up in the company but small enough that we still feel like a family and maintain an open door policy with all of our management team. It really is a great place to work!
Cons
We have grown in size in the past few years that we are starting to run out of room at our Brampton location. It's not really a con, the fact that we are growing is great thing and allows new opportunities within the company.
