Pros

Working as a Customer Service Representative has been a rewarding experience. The company provides excellent training, a supportive team culture, and clear communication from management. There are plenty of opportunities to improve soft skills like problem-solving, time management, and handling customer queries efficiently. Work-life balance is well maintained, and salary is delivered on time.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can be high during peak hours, and handling difficult customers can be stressful. Limited breaks during busy shifts could be improved. Growth to higher roles can take time if the performance metrics aren’t met consistently.
