Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

CEO Jason Forehand has a criminal record for indecent exposure in Texas. He's a semi-dry drunk with no impulse control who acts as if he's never left the frat house. If you've never seen him wasted in the office, just wait. I definitely wouldn't bring children to work.

A software company that is managed by an accountant and a lawyer.with no software industry experience. Ownership is in the dark ages.

Thank you for your feedback. It appears as though your advice to management held true as I was the recent beneficiary of the former owner's retirement and sale of ISI! Since purchasing the company I have observed that we do have a lot of great people who care about what they do which has been wonderful. I have brought in a talented new Board of Directors comprised of individuals who have significant software experience and we are really excited about taking ISI to the next level! All the best -Asim

Pros

Hands off working environment and working from home. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

ISI does not have brand recognition to compete with the bigger players. They also don't have the partnerships in the market with the big companies to leverage in selling their product. The marketing team has much to be desired...even more than the normal challenges so you have to do all the marketing yourself. The management staff is not well trained either. Also, the actual product itself is quite outdated in comparison to their competitors. If you need something cheap and you don't care how it looks, then of course buy this otherwise, there are so many more better options. ***Lastly, I have wrote a review before and it was deleted, several times. I also noticed that the last 4 or 5 reviews are all 5 stars basically saying the same thing.
