Freedom (only because of a complete lack of management) and money (this is how they attract talent to abuse)
Cons
No management, no collaboration, no transparency, no teamwork, never know what information to trust, the company is run by a bunch of liars and profiteers. No future.
As previously stated, the management is so unprofessional and unstructured that it feels like no one is truly working here. With no oversight or accountability, the people the boss believes are “working hard” are simply manipulating him while enjoying generous salaries and limitless overseas expenses.
Cons
This company has become a nightmare workplace in countless ways. The fundamental issue lies in its complete lack of respect for human value. The executives treat employees as adversaries, often humiliating or reprimanding them in a degrading manner.
While some managers may know textiles, they clearly lack any understanding of how to operate a global business, multi-functional teams and etc.
