Pros
*Really friendly environment and everyone is more than happy to help. *Decent training provided although some of it is a bit old fashioned *You're not just a walking KPI metric *Nice little incentives to keep you going *flexible approach to working hours considering it's a recruitment agency.
Cons
*Lack of clear direction as a business and also for new, fresh recruiters. *They sometimes keep people around that don't add any value to the business and are actually slowing it down. *Their commission structure got worse throughout the year.
