My manager was good but the upper management constantly makes poor decisions which costs them business. No matter what you try to do, it will fail due to the mismanagement of projects. I have seen them do shady business practices countless times, such as billing for work that was never done. Full teams of developers have walked off site on locations due to the terrible mismanagement. Instead of looking inward, they fired the recruiter that placed them there! They never take responsibility for a single thing and no matter what will constantly place blame on others. I have been on projects in which it was nails on a chalkboard trying to get any relevant information. They are losing contracts faster than I can type this. They will frequently make you do things way outside of the scope of your job description for months on end. They lie about salary changes and then tell you that you misread it. The future of this company is going straight down.

Management and leads are poor. Quick to blame others for management errors.
