No clear plan for the organization's future. A new CEO is needed ASAP! Middle management needs development and training.

- people - the connections and network made - work can be fulfilling even if decently removed from the immediate satisfaction

Cons

- workload can be unnecessarily high at times - conference season is incredibly hectic - company financials are rocky and cause anxiety

Poor leadership Male-dominated, women leadership is not encouraged A lot of verbal fluff with very little substance Constant turn-over in employees at all levels with no warnings or explanations to remaining staff HR is a complete nightmare
