      Everyone I've met is smart, driven, and kind.

      Not much! Pay is competitive for an educational nonprofit, but of course it probably won't match the private sector.

      Pros

      ISTE is an exciting place to work with new things to learn and get involved in everyday. Because ISTE is fairly small, but with big reach and impact, there is always space for new ideas and new directions to explore. The company offers great vacation and PTO benefits, and is full of passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly people.

      Cons

      ISTE has a very entrepreneurial approach to things so working here requires you to move fast and be flexible, which isn't always a match for some people. It's also easy to get caught up in your work that it can be difficult to disconnect and take the time off you need when working in such a fast paced environment.
