Pros
There are about 5-6 people here that are absolute salt of the earth. In the middle of all the complete chaos, some of my early team leads and coworkers are the reason I lasted more than 25 minutes.
Cons
I don't put this lightly, this is truly a horrific place to work, and I would caution anyone who isn't related to family at the "Leadership Level" of setting foot in this place. I do not say this lightly. I've been here for almost 7 years, and have been interviewing for jobs the last few weeks on the way out the door. The culture of bullying from the alleged "C-level" members is in the fabric of how things are run here. I served, and have been a part of a number of mission driven teams. This company is a nightmare, and is run by very two faced characters. Complete lack of clarity in your day to day, endless politics between teams, and truly toxic relationships ensure a laundry list of unspoken rules that are enforced the hard way. The benefits suck, healthcare is below average, zero retirement matching, and absolutley no career trajectory. It's the same thing.. over and over and over again. I haven't gotten a raise in 4 years. I've just recieved a few small bonuses. It's a feast or famine world in what they do, and get your pom poms ready, because if you are insane enough to join this team, they will ensure you believe they are performing gods work as a typical consultant. (don't worry, they call themselves engineers instead of consultants because god forbid they are honest about what they do) Please don't bother working for this company. You talents are 100% better served elsewhere.
