Pros

- very supportive team ; I always felt backed up in case of questions or difficulties - interesting projects ; I was able to learn about static sites, community-based platforms, e-commerce , ... - friendly relationship between the team members ; even after work, we kept hanging out together, which is a great sign of a good atmosphere - the management gave me the chance to try a new position and had trust in me, which is super valuable

Cons

- some small projects weren't that interesting and weren't too profitable (I heard it has changed now)

Dear Former Teammate, thanks for your kind word. Glad you had an enjoyable experience with itc. Yes, the company has grown and the size of the projects too in the last 2 years. Wishing you and your family a nice holiday season

Pros

Comfortable work culture with a lot of colleagues who end up being your friends. There's rarely any overtime work which is nice for people who have other commitments beyond work.

Cons

From an attitude standpoint, there's no drive to do better. It's a small shop that doesn't seem able to rapidly expand given the types of projects being undertaken. Management is also a bit untrustworthy - the company often suffers cashflow setbacks and employees either get paid late or get their salaries delayed a few months at a time. It's also hard to not think about where all the sales are going when the C-level partners are worried about growing their side business (F&B). Overall, morale isn't too high.

Dear ITCer, Thank you for sharing your experience with ITC. It’s good to see you have enjoyed your journey with ITC and made friends along the way. We are not the largest company, true! And in the last 9 years, we went from 3 people to over 70 with 3 countries and still planning to open another one within this year despite the economical situation. Motivation and drive come from within yourself and some people are staying later because they want to learn more and achieve more and prove more. We have people who came as interns and now hold management positions in the company… and they did it with hard work and going the extra mile. Hard work always pays off and gets rewarded! “Untrustworthy”, not sure if you have checked the definition of this word. Also not sure you have seen the current economic situation with the COVID-19. Lots of people have lost their jobs, lots of companies have reduced salaries (30% and sometimes put it to a minimum). Our Captains have decided to keep everybody on board, keep the same salaries for everybody but themselves. Not sure how many owners have made those efforts. So for a few days of delay, it is very sad that you were not able to recognize that especially when it was announced officially to everybody in the company. We truly wish you the best for the future. Thanks again for your contribution, Yoan - Founder /CEO
