      IT Creations one of the worst companies I ever worked for

      Pros

      Employees are allowed to show up all drugged up and drunk. Management leads by example. The manager also gets drunk and shows up high while at work. They used to take the employees to mini vacations but is been years since that happened.

      Cons

      Company makes between 50 to 100 million a year and can't afford benefits for employees. There's absolutely no promotions with in this company. This is a money oriented company that doesn't care about the well being of their employees. They hustle you in any way they can in order to save money. Incomplete hours paid, when is time for a review (raise) they take up to 6 months or totally skip the review.

      Great place to learn about servers and technology

      Pros

      Very fun place to work. You can learn a lot about servers and personal computers. Came in a Novice and feel competent about how things work. They provide free food on Fridays and as well as stock fridges with food to make yourself. It feels like the owner is trying to make it feel like you work for Apple/Google which feels great. Taking days off isn't a Hassel, as they hardly say no, only when you abuse it. Work is Mon-Fri with weekends off as well as some OT available when you need it is there. Also the end of the year bonuses are very substantial.

      Cons

      A lot of empty promises which are given almost regularly. Sales team could get annoying at times with the ridiculous request they ask. There is a lot of favoritism. There is ZERO chances of moving up, and discourages you to even work hard. Feel like this is just a place to learn and leave once you got your fill of experience. Lot of micromanagement, you are consistently being looked at through the cameras.
