Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here.
We appreciate that it can be difficult starting a new job and entering a new company. Our aim is to make this move as easy as possible. IT Force have high standards and following years of experience, we have found that the best way to ensure that our staff do things ‘the IT Force way’ is to have everyone complete an induction session when they join us and then engage in on-the-job training. In that manner, they learn to do things in a consistent manner that is appreciated by our clients. We complete induction for all new staff within the first week of starting and are highly inclusionary as a company.
One of the core values of our company “We treat people with respect and we commit to hiring, developing and enabling the best available talent. We aim to provide a healthy work-life balance throughout the company.” We have an active social club, nights out, a games room etc. to help create a bond among staff.
We understand that like most work environment, there are periods of greater pressure. The workload varies from day to day and across months. It is not always easy to predict what days/times will be busy. At these times we divert staff from other areas to help out if needed. We are currently recruiting new staff to join the team. We always run an open-door policy in IT Force and value staff opinion.
As IT Force continues to grow, we are continuously looking for ways to enhance employee benefits. We operate a staff bonus scheme based on the achievement of agreed objectives. Pay is market rates for the skills and experience that a new starter has. As they progress and gain more experience, this is reflected in their pay. As a company, we conduct regular market research and stay ahead of the competition in this regard.
Glassdoor reviews are anonymous, but if you’d like to talk more about it, please email me at rosin.cahill@itforce.ie
Thanks again for your ongoing contribution and feedback.

+ The location is great on Fitzwilliam Street.
+ There are some very knowledgeable IT consultants at IT Force.
+ The client base are decent to deal with
Cons
- The office could do with a little sprucing up. Minor gripe though. Its not bad.
IT Force is a great place to work. The management are both approachable and accessible. It has all the benefits of an SME such as flexibility and yet has the professionalism of a large enterprise. IT Force encourages staff to be proactive, developing new ideas and helping to bring them to fruition. Being a service driven company the staff are all friendly, helpful and easy to get on with.
Cons
There are no real cons although I would like to see more team building initiatives.
