      Pros

      Deep relationships with preferred OEMs and distributors. On the technical side, the consulting team is highly certified and skilled, making it easy to understand customer's problems and find suitable solutions.

      Cons

      Poor management culture created by the new CEO. The general felling is everyone is expendable and can be replaced at any moment regardless of your job status or performance. Sales is not empowered to make decisions.

      there are nothing positive

      Cons

      No overtime pay and on top of that still they are not satisfied co-workers are cry babies. Management look at there numbers and how much they make. If the profit is less then they fire someone from the company to gain the profit
