      Pros

      Very flexible and pay well. Busy agency with a lot of talented recruiters and very transparent in the way they work. They carefully hire new staff and it shows. Senior management are always setting up after work activities.

      Cons

      There were a lot of meetings some weeks. Nothing unusual though. As far as agencies go, IT Search is top and would recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      Management are great, a nice bunch of friendly, professional people. No micro-management, complete flexibility and option to work hybrid/remotely. Earning potential is excellent!

      Cons

      Nothing that comes to mind, all positive.
