      Pros

      Great place to soak up some knowledge about everything Free drinks, not very healthy but free like a start-up Bonuses, but not really tied to anything tangible

      Cons

      No (very little) real career development Senior management is not very mature, can be discriminatory and seems to be ignorant of basic employee/human rights Performance reviews are very arbitrary as are any raises

      - Bonus and benefits don't start immediately - Low employee moral results in above average turnover - Difficulty obtaining new talent due to industry reputation leaves teams starving for resources

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues to work with, great learning opportunities. It was an alright place while I was there.

      Cons

      No work - Life Balance. Poor management. Poor pay compare the workload. Minimal room for growth.
