Pros
*Minimal training required to be a good employee *If your a college student they are willing to work with you to some extent in regards to hours. *Have a day and night shift
Cons
*Lots of mandatory overtime. *Little to no job security, they go through a lot of people. *Hours constantly change with little to no warning. *Management changes a lot.

Great feeling to work for our Military's benefit. But once you see the flow of the Company you just can't imagine.

Pros
Helping the troops The replacement windows for the humvees do their job. But Ibis does not make the glass. Also they never know if the product they build will work. Usually don't find out until it reaches the customer. (other companies know that by then it is to late, reputation is down the drain)
Cons
Management doesnot have people with the proper experience in the proper departments. They don't tell there employees anything. Most full-time non management employees are wondering every day if this will be the day they get fired. Know respect for the production floor. Ibis tells you when you get hired you will receive a 3 year loyalty check when completing your 3 years, you get NOTHING. And they don't respond when you ask about it. Also they run this Copmpany hiring low waged Temps who they really treat bad. Very few ever get the chance to become a Employee.
