IT Brainiac is just another one of those 10,000 Indian recruiting companies in NJ that constantly spam your inbox and refuse to remove you. There are some Indian staffing companies in NJ with integrity, but IT Brainiac is not one of those. 1. They can barely speak English. They are a bunch of starving recruiters who are desperate to place a candidate so that they spam the hell out of everyone on job boards as well as the client. They will never leave you alone. 2. Multiple clients have told me that they will not even look at any profiles submitted by IT Brainiac. You may have to sign an exclusivity agreement to ONLY work with this trash company, just to never be considered for a position by that company. 3. Recruiters from IT Brainiac have asked me to add fake points to my resume. MANY Indian recruiters in NJ do this. IT Brainiac is a scam. Do not work for them and do not hire their candidates. 4. Oh, they irony that their company is named after a DC Comics super-villain.

Pay package and promotions are too backward, couple of the account managers are just boot lickers and egoistic manics
