Quiet, independent work, 680 accessibility
Cons
No comraderie allowed. Smelly, but friendly dog roams office freely. Moldy, old building. False certification audits. Out of compliance equipmemt. No casual conversations allowed, "thats what breaks and lunches are for. You may not speak with coworkers.", as told by owner Michael himself during a staff meeting. Very low pay. Train yourself. Severe micro managing. Refuses to pay overtime, even if worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a week. Makes employees pay him back. Turnover rate is extremely high.

The people I worked with were fantastic. Felt amazing support from the team. Ability to see a product before it would go public.
Cons
Very few days off. Everything revolves around the CEO. Lack of team structure from the top. Negative culture.
