      Pros

      Coworkers and colleagues are great. Family owned so they understand and are willing to work with family emergencies.

      Cons

      Family owned company. The employees who work hard every day do not receive a dime for a bonus unless the owner has profits millions of dollars. Pay is not great.

      Cons

      With growth comes change in processes, products and people and those that do best at ITC are those that take an active part in accepting and contributing to change.
