Nothing . Beware of the employment contract's 2 months penalty clause
Cons
The management traps you in 2 months penalty clause in the name of providing training , which is never delivered . So if you leave you will be liable to pay the penalty equivalent to 2 months of salary. You will be bullied if you question this clause and will be served legal notice. This is not the industry practice at all and break all the rules in name of MOM regulations
