ITCube is a very good work place with helpful people around you. There is no discrimination. All are treated equally and new joined employees are given ample of time to learn and work accordingly. All the management people are trustworthy . The Delivery Head Mr. Vivek Salunke is a man of methodology. Working with Vivek is a blessing. He is very strict with his principles. If you love to do time pass in the company then you will start hating him because he is a super disciplined person with his value stream. Vivek has started working with the Business Development Team to monitor them closely and find the loop holes. Earlier we had no route map and we weren't organized but now we have the whole picture in front of us and the credit goes to him. We are blessed to have him with us.
