one of the worst jobs I ever had, I'm still working there, its a nightmare

Dispatch are in proficient, I'm writing this review and I'm caller number 6 for the past hour, I'm waiting so I can enable one of the customers cable boxes, also they are steeling our money, every one is working 15 to 16 hr a day and we are not making 1000 every 2 weeks.

It is not business to work for them.

Cons

There is no teamwork, much less help from supervisors. Sometimes technicians are still working and all supervisors are already at home. They work more than 12 hours a day and still it is very difficult to produce good money.
