Honest Review of ITH Technologies
I worked at ITH Technologies, and I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine learning, growth, or a professional work environment.
🚫 Learning & Growth
There is absolutely no scope for learning or upskilling at ITH Technologies. The projects they work on are limited, outdated, and seem to serve no real business purpose. Most of the products don’t generate any revenue, and I honestly couldn’t figure out how the company sustains itself. It raises some serious questions about what’s actually going on behind the scenes.
🚫 Work Recognition
There’s a clear lack of appreciation for hard work. It doesn’t matter how dedicated or productive you are—what matters is who spends more time in the CTO’s cabin. Promotions and recognition are based on favoritism, not merit. If you expect your work to speak for itself, this is not the place.
🚫 Working Hours Mentality
This company still operates on the outdated belief that “presence equals productivity.” As long as you are sitting at your desk for 8+ hours, they think you are delivering results—even if your tasks are already completed. The IT industry is supposed to be task- and timeline-driven, especially when working in sprints, but that logic seems to be lost here.
🚫 Leave Policy
Their leave policy is unnecessarily restrictive. You technically “earn” your leaves, but good luck trying to use them when you need them. If you want to take leave on a Friday or a Monday, they bring in the outdated “sandwich rule” to deduct more days. It's just another way to discourage people from taking time off.
🚫 Salary Delays
One of the biggest red flags—salary is never credited on time. In most months, salaries are processed after the 7th, and sometimes it’s delayed all the way to the 12th or later. Everyone works to earn a living, and if you can’t rely on your salary being on time, then what’s the point? Delayed salaries create financial stress and show how little the company values its employees' time and commitment.
🚫 Management & Leadership
The leadership lacks vision and transparency. There’s no communication about company goals, performance, or how your work contributes to the bigger picture. The management is reactive rather than proactive, and they fail to motivate or inspire the team.
🚫 No Career Growth
There’s no clear career path or personal development plan. If you’re hoping for mentorship, training, or any kind of structured feedback to grow in your role—don’t expect it here. Many employees stay stagnant for years, which leads to frustration and burnout.
🚫 Work Culture
The overall culture is toxic and demotivating. There’s no sense of teamwork or collaboration. Most people are just trying to survive the day and leave as soon as possible. Morale is always low, and there’s a constant fear of being micromanaged or misunderstood.
Final Thoughts
If you’re looking for a company where you can grow your skills, feel valued for your work, and be part of a positive, forward-thinking team, stay away from ITH Technologies. This company might look okay from the outside, but once you’re in, the reality is very different.
I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistakes I made.
