Pros

They try to work on latest technologies.

Cons

To start with, all the Glassdoor posts which say "No cons and everything is good" are scripted by the HR and admin team. Try to notice a pattern, there was one negative post related to an interview experience of a candidate. Within 3 days, another post came to counter the negative feedback. The true post contained some negative feedback about the experience with the company CTO. But in order to counteract, they scripted a post wherein a candidate who applied for a job in "Marketing" praised the CTO although CTO is a core technical person. The CONS are listed below: 1. No drafted policies. Policies tend to change frequently as per the management's will. Although they keep coming up with new policies, the situation is always worst due to frequent changes in favor of the management. 2. No qualified HR team. The people in HR team used to belong to chat support team and are now made to represent HR team. 3. Funny leave policies. The sandwich is applied in the leaves i.e. if a person takes leave on Monday or want to club a leave with a public holiday, then the person's leave balance for all the days of absence are deducted. This means Monday holiday results into the deduction of 3 days leave (3 days include Saturday and Sunday). 4. A person can take only 1 hr break during a day. If the break exceeds 1 hr, half day salary will be deducted. This 1 hr includes a lunch break. They say we have changed this policy but it is not true as there are lots of "IFs and BUTs" if one wants to exceed the break. 5. The individual needs to enter in and out time on a sheet of paper while taking a break. 6. More SHOW OFF and less implementation i.e. the company try to portray itself as a world-class company with an aspiration to become Google one day but everything is just a hoax to LURE more candidates to join the company. Example: There are sleeping pods in the company in a room. This room was last opened on the day of the installation of pods and then for taking the photographs to lure candidates. 7. In case of a salary deduction, policies will be manipulated by the Senior Management in such a way that the employee will never get the deducted salary back. 8. Extremely poor working culture with practically no process orientation. 9. There are many cases where candidates have just dropped the job and left because of the company policies and the poor behavior of Senior Management.

ITH Technologies (Infotech HUB) Response

Thank you Dear, you considered us that we are working on New Technologies, Really Appreciated. Answers to your reviews: None of the Organizations is perfect and every organization, whether it's a mature organization or rapidly growing startup like ITH, has a scope of improvement. We are a small team and want to attract the best talent, we put an extra effort to scout and finalize the best talent who could be well integrated in a rapidly growing ecosystem. To ensure that we stay true to our values, we include our senior team in the interview process, hence the said involvement of the Director of Information. As you mentioned CTO, being in the organization you still not understand our Organization Structure. Our Policies are already designed from one of a Fortune 500 consulting firm and effective from last year May-18. Don’t know which duration you worked with us. We have 4 member HR team led by Senior HR leader. We have one chat agent who is exploring her abilities for a transition and we totally appreciate it. We truly support our team members to explore their interest and we have done it quite well. There are No if’s and but’s when it comes to changing the Policy, whatever is been drafted is applicable and these all are available on our HRMS system and everyone can see this. We don’t need to show off anything as neither we are sending photographs to the perspective candidates nor giving a tour to our premises as most of our interviews are telephonic/video conferencing. So there is no point of “Lure” the candidates. Also for your information, we’ve created the 'Meditation and wellness room' and employees are using this room for prayer, meditation & relaxation. Apart from this, we are also giving multiple facilities i.e.-international trips, local trips in India, Work-ations, events, etc. It's up to the team to take it or leave it! (I believe you were also part of one of these in past) Work culture is made by the people who are part of the organization and it is a joint collaboration of all, if you have concern of work culture & process orientation why you have not raised your hand while working here?? We don’t have a single case of people who left because of these reasons, and during the exit process, none of the employees reported the same.

Cons

Honest Review of ITH Technologies I worked at ITH Technologies, and I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine learning, growth, or a professional work environment. 🚫 Learning & Growth There is absolutely no scope for learning or upskilling at ITH Technologies. The projects they work on are limited, outdated, and seem to serve no real business purpose. Most of the products don’t generate any revenue, and I honestly couldn’t figure out how the company sustains itself. It raises some serious questions about what’s actually going on behind the scenes. 🚫 Work Recognition There’s a clear lack of appreciation for hard work. It doesn’t matter how dedicated or productive you are—what matters is who spends more time in the CTO’s cabin. Promotions and recognition are based on favoritism, not merit. If you expect your work to speak for itself, this is not the place. 🚫 Working Hours Mentality This company still operates on the outdated belief that “presence equals productivity.” As long as you are sitting at your desk for 8+ hours, they think you are delivering results—even if your tasks are already completed. The IT industry is supposed to be task- and timeline-driven, especially when working in sprints, but that logic seems to be lost here. 🚫 Leave Policy Their leave policy is unnecessarily restrictive. You technically “earn” your leaves, but good luck trying to use them when you need them. If you want to take leave on a Friday or a Monday, they bring in the outdated “sandwich rule” to deduct more days. It's just another way to discourage people from taking time off. 🚫 Salary Delays One of the biggest red flags—salary is never credited on time. In most months, salaries are processed after the 7th, and sometimes it’s delayed all the way to the 12th or later. Everyone works to earn a living, and if you can’t rely on your salary being on time, then what’s the point? Delayed salaries create financial stress and show how little the company values its employees' time and commitment. 🚫 Management & Leadership The leadership lacks vision and transparency. There’s no communication about company goals, performance, or how your work contributes to the bigger picture. The management is reactive rather than proactive, and they fail to motivate or inspire the team. 🚫 No Career Growth There’s no clear career path or personal development plan. If you’re hoping for mentorship, training, or any kind of structured feedback to grow in your role—don’t expect it here. Many employees stay stagnant for years, which leads to frustration and burnout. 🚫 Work Culture The overall culture is toxic and demotivating. There’s no sense of teamwork or collaboration. Most people are just trying to survive the day and leave as soon as possible. Morale is always low, and there’s a constant fear of being micromanaged or misunderstood. Final Thoughts If you’re looking for a company where you can grow your skills, feel valued for your work, and be part of a positive, forward-thinking team, stay away from ITH Technologies. This company might look okay from the outside, but once you’re in, the reality is very different. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistakes I made.

Pros

Its been more than 3 months for me working at ITH Technologies as a Senior Executive ( strategy ) and I must say I am having a great learning and working experience. The positive and negative feedback I received for my performance proved to be very helpful for me. The work environment is very friendly and especially love those performance boosting sessions.

Cons

I don't think there are any cons.
