      Time Flexibility, can work with your schedule if you have the PTO saved up for it

      Cons

      terrible management, terrible pay and every raise is done on a "trial period". the CEO is a nepo baby and this is his first job out of college, so he's tanking a generational business and the careers of anyone that would hitch their wagon to this dumpster fire of a automation facility
