Senior Management makes frequent changes; ever changing sales; inside sales and customer service environment; fast passed operations environment
Cons
Don't live out their value statements, senior management's strategy is to apply pressure on employees who don't meet their performance measures to get them out; very demanding operations environment; operations employees work long hours frequently with no additional compensation
