Pros

they will hire basically anyone, so if you are grossly incompetent or unqualified you are in luck.

Cons

This is one of the most unprofessional working environments I have ever seen. The people who used to go to the boss's summer camp are treated entirely differently than those who did not. There are people who went to the camp who show up high, drunk, don't do the work, or flagrantly late, and nothing happens to them. Sometimes they are even promoted! If you aren't one of the special few who they like, you will just languish indefinitely while doing the most boring and soul sucking work of all time. There is no positive reinforcement, you can stay late and work hard and no one will say anything encouraging. The only feedback you get is if you do something wrong. I cannot stress what a gossipy sorority this place is. If you make one offhanded comment, it will surely reach the desk of an EVP, and there will be hell to pay. They may be nice to your face, but they will stab you in the back the next second. The compensation is absolutely pathetic. This may be OK to the various morons they hire who still live at home in Long Island, but to people who actually have bills to pay, it is problematic. You will often have to stay late, or sit around and do nothing, with no guidance on how long you have to stay. If you ask to leave since you have nothing to do you are made to feel guilty. The work is the most boring, tedious, mindless work I can imagine. Please, I beg of you, find somewhere else to work.

Pros

ITN occupies three floors and to each floor has its own purpose and culture. Depending on which floor you work, your experiences will be different. The third floor consists of the Media buyers and their assistants. Scroll down. You see all of the 1 star reviews? Yup. Those are all from buyers assistants. If you are one, I guess you wouldn't want to work here. Fourth floor has the geeks. IT, QA, Devs, UX, Project managment and etc is here. This floor is where the magic happens. Main floor has the executives, planners and HR.

Cons

Are you a media buyer/planner? Use the reviews below for reference. Are you in tech? Welcome to the family.

Pros

It's a pretty young company filled with 20-30 something's that like to go to happy hour. You get overtime as an assistant. You get dinner if you work past 7:30.

Cons

I'm not sure where to start. -Management: a group of women who still think they are in high school. They do not appreciate any hard work or extra hours you put in. They gossip like 13 year old girls and most of them won't even acknowledge you exist until you are on a buying level. They spend most of their days watching tv on their computers or bashing their own employees. If you are not in with one of them do not expect to move up quickly. -Salary: I hope you have some other source of support. You will start out with an extremely low salary and get pennies for a raise each year. Majority of people I knew that had apartments in the city had parents that were helping them pay their rent or some other form of help. -Work load: they do not care how overworked you are. AT ALL. The amount of adults I saw cry in this place was disgraceful. They shouldn't get to breaking point over a job that barely pays them. A group of buyers treat their assistants like personal assistants (one even had a girl picking up her personal packages, no joke). Once you're on buying level you no longer get overtime and it's not rare to work past 9pm. -Resume Builder: they use their own systems that no other companies use so you can't even take the knowledge you learned to your next job. You can learn what CPMs are though! (or have the bum on the street teach you and get a real job) -Qualifiications: none. No really, you don't even need a college degree. So for you people that worked hard and earned your degree, find a job you deserve.
