      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment - Nice managers - Opportunities for career progression - You are encouraged to learn new skills

      Cons

      - The building is not nice to work in. Constant building work and noise everyday. Especially if you work on the basement level - it is quite isolating, there are no windows and the place looks like a building site. - Your pass also expires every few months and when it does you are not notified. Meaning you arrive at work some days cannot enter the building until your identity is verified. - The shifts are extremely long and draining at times.
