Pros

An entry-level job, getting experience and move to another company and nothing. As the work load is high everybody has an opportunity to get enough experience

Cons

Take disadvantage of new immigrants as they accept low salary, hard work and don't know about their right. This story keeps going for years with the low salary and careless and racist management in terms of well-being of animals and technicians facility especially in toxicology department

ITR actually hires entry level candidates for entry level jobs without requiring 3-5 years of work experience.

Cons

The entire company is dysfunctional with very high turnover rates across all departments. They would rather let go of employees through attrition of extremely low salaries only to endlessly re-hire and train new employees. Over half of my department left in one working year and most people only stay here for 1-2 years. Over 80% of current employees are recent immigrants who are underemployed, underpaid and basically stuck at this company.
