Cronysim is the rule for this company. Unethical and deceitful behavior from supervisors is a constant. If you don't have an in with someone than your stuck at the bottom until you quit. I can't get a cost of living raise that at least equals inflation is sad. Pushed productivity bonuses so high they're no longer realistic, all stick, and no carrot now.

Very poor management styles. ABSOLUTELY NO ETHICS OR MORALS. No appreciation for any hard work you do. No room for making great money here. Oh wait you get a 50 cent raise from the company after 5 years...literally. You get treated like trash and the company just slowly takes benefits and bonuses away from you. They lie to you about getting a bonus just to keep you working hard the the day before you are suppose to get it they tell you no bonus this year with the management knowing you were not getting one in the first place. The health insurance has gone downhill as well. How they get away with not giving you a lunch break for working 12 hours is beyond me. You have to force them to give you a break. It's also amazing to see how much that company covers up when it comes to accidents and injuries. To hide, lie, and cover up injuries is just disgusting and it's how they go about doing it. Absolutely no integrity here especially when it comes to rules. Oh and as far as the rules go it's only applies to when it is convenient for the managers and the company. I have personally seen them "fudge" drug tests for employees they like or don't want to see go down (specifically the 47th St Chicago location). Most of the employees there are high at work. This is a company that wants a high turnover rate to save a buck or two. All you are here is just a number. Once again if you like being treated like trash and your job threatened frequently the this is the place for you. Being an hourly employee and in management with this company I can honestly say this is one of the worst companies to work for.
