Pros
It’s a really nice place to work overall. People are supportive and easy to work with, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams. Everyone is quite driven, but in a positive way, and there’s a shared focus on solving problems and doing the right thing for customers.
One thing I really appreciate is the regular updates from leadership. They give a clear view of how the business is doing and what’s happening in the market, which helps you understand the bigger picture and how your work fits into it.
From my experience in the Salesforce team, the managers and architects are very supportive and approachable. They’re also flexible and understanding when it comes to balancing work and family commitments, which makes a big difference day to day.
The hybrid working setup is another big plus, along with the overall benefits. It feels like a place where you’re trusted to get on with your work, while still having the support you need.
