Great local team, very talented individuals, supportive local management

Cons

APAC leadership is worst. They give impossible targets and set you to fail. Measure Performance on their expectations and not on YoY growth while the top management gets up to 200% bonus by rigging their numbers. It's a hedge fund where finance team gets hefty bonuses by playing with numbers and rips the technical teams.

Worked here for several years and I met some great people here and made friends for life. Work culture was good before a greedy APAC top manager ruined this place completely. Now it's difficult to spend even one day here.

Cons

They pay below market salary with great bonus promises. Then they will give unrealistic targets that cannot be achieved and then bonus will be ruined. Pay increment will be a joke. This used to be a very nice place to work with great local leadership and very high moral. Now top management is ruining everything and forcing people to leave. When someone asked about work stress in a town hall, this guy told to suck it up or leave. And HR just kept the mouth shut the whole time. Don't come to this place based on bonus promises. Ask for above market salary and achievable targets. Moral is all time low and most of the senior team members are unhappy and looking for alternatives.
