      Best place to work as an IT consultant in Norway

      Pros

      - Fair Wages - Bonuses - Flexibility - Excellent communication - Parties - Casual wear - No judgement, you can be yourself

      Cons

      - You do not often get to meet other co-consultants since most are on separate projects - You can earn more money by going freelance? - I spent 5 minutes trying to think of more cons, I can honestly not think of any more.

      A solid and down-to-earth management with very high focus on developers and their needs.

      Pros

      Open flow of information regarding both new hires, company policies, new customers, any company decision, status updates - everything. Very highly skilled colleagues with a superb attitude. Very solid management with down-to-earth policies and a good company economy. Very high focus on consultants / developers best interest and our further education. Many good social arrangements. Quite good freedom of own work day / hours and huge possibilities of taking initiative.

      Cons

      Being a consultant company, much of our colleagues are spread around at different customers instead of being co-located. Salaries are good but may depend on your ability to negotiate (they vary much more than actual skills of the consultants).
