Great colleagues working there with a lot of experience and support for each other

Horrible management, not transparent at all, the location is not really advantageous

Pros
Small company where you can get to know everyone well and get the support directly from colleagues from any department.
Cons
Too small to have real responsibility, even in C suite as the founder won't let you. They don't offer fair amount of commission which might make you feel they don't appreciate your hard work, but expect a lot. Unfortunately the HR is a disaster.
