      Still in 18th or 19th Century

      Pros

      1. They have many clients whom they screw. 2. Good people to talk to. 3. Travel opportunities are there but mostly it goes to contractors and BAs. 4. Come and work here and run away ASAP. It will be lifetime experience.

      Cons

      1. The way of working is still like the last century. 2. No training mechanism or product knowledge shared to people. 3. They say they are product based company but no one knows what is there in the Product. Maybe not even the one who sells it or develop it. 4. No work-life. They make the life hell, will make you work all day anytime.And its same story always as all their projects are always escalated. 5. No motivation to keep you going. Rare entertainment activity, appreciation, annual day, outing. 6. Though they claim to be high on profit but financial issues seems to be their friend. So unreliable in terms of money though they wont throw you out. 7. They do not learn anything from experience as a company. Its same raga all the time.

      Pros

      I get good hikes here,(that depends on yours team, role and domain) Got Good Friends, you learn a lot, need to be a fast learner and need to do more work. if you are talkative person(english and hindi), then this is the right place for you.

      Cons

      After some days you will not learn anything, but you should do routine work with very minimal time, Currently i heard this company not giving proper hike and salary due to their company expansion. They are some folks senior folks sitting in upper layer, you cant speak against them what they should say you should do, they will be happy they will enjoy like anything but you should keep quiet and smile whenever they smile. this company is for that senior folks, if you go and see you can find it easily. the senior folks are 10 to 15 years experienced and we should work for them, seniors will not change but the juniors(new join) will runaway with headaches. the senior folks expect the answers in seconds(then you will be valuable resource) if you said i ll check and come back to you, then that's it, you will tagged in average rate resource.

      Worst Workplace, Culture and Management

      No Pros about the company only disappointments.

      Cons

      1) Management will always prove themselves as they are the worst ever. 2) Salaries will be very very less when compared to the market rate. There will be no hikes and if you are a person ready to work with less salary and no hikes this is the best place where you have to join immediately. 3) They don't care about the employees only they know to send birthday wish mails. 4) If you have joined the company by mistake patiently wait for 4 years to see your company's growth in every NEWSPAPER. 5) Management will say this repeatedly, we are always there to care and hear concerns from the employees. But if you raise any concerns or any clarifications there won't be any responses until you leave the organization. 6) They will delay all the processes starting from onboarding to providing a laptop to work. 7) Whoever is strong in the domain will sustain this company but they never give any space or chance to learn deep about the domain. Most people work without basic domain knowledge. 8) No new technologies to learn they are grinding the same old things till now. 9) They will hear our suggestions and new implementations but nothing will be processed. 10) Fake promises are their motto.
