IWD Agency values our staff and work life balance. Our workweek is a standard 40 hours and we do not expect staff to be available when they are not working their regularly scheduled hours.
Terribly managed agency, constant feeling you are about to be fired, no organization.... trying to grow but will not create any processes for work flow or departmental support by hiring more employees. Confusion is the key word here. Your job will (most likely) eventually be outsourced. Also, the benefits are terrible...
