      Great colleagues. Great promises. Great vision. Great family spirit.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't great. Salary isn't great. Diversity within the company isn't great. Motivation from managers isn't great. Unreliable and incompetent colleagues get away with things because they have been around for a very long time in the company eventhough they have proven that time and time again, they cannot do that job. Slow progress in executing a particular action.
