      Friendly atmosphere, flexible working conditions, interesting job, opportunity for work travel.

      Cons

      Stressful, lack of investment in employee training, technologically backward. Company leaves you with few transferrable skills. Private equty-owned, which leads to short-term decision-making.

      Pros

      IWSR is growing fast, adding services and opportunities, whilst remaining both open and considerate of all employees' situations and ambitions. I've worked for a few companies in this research/consulting space in the last 30 years or so and the IWSR is the best of them because it goes about things in the right way - to guarantee quality of product and workplace enjoyment and flexibility.
