      Good colleagues Good pay Good change in mgmt, a step in right direction with more insightful business decision making

      Cons

      Company has so much potential, but HR are power hungry, out of touch and just want to make everyone miserable. - there is active bullying from HR staff, offensive and discriminatory behavior Need more flexible office time

      The colleagues I worked with were skilled and competenant and hard working

      Cons

      Management and HR and Legal departments were short staffed providing little help to employees. Company appears to the outsider as a Geneva-based trading company but in reality is a wholly-owned Chinese company. Look up CMOC International.

      Salaries have increased to market rates

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere, too much power given to HR (known to bully employees), indecisive and sadly in some departments completely incompetent management. This is reflected in their extremely high staff turnover
