The dispatch directors themselves foster a toxic and retaliatory work environment by speaking to employees in hostile and demeaning ways. Favoritism and unequal treatment are routine, and those who raise concerns face retaliation instead of fair resolution.
HR is not neutral and does not protect staff. Instead, it enables bad management by dismissing complaints and allowing directors to continue unchecked.
