If you have experience, please 🙏 work a little harder and join a company that offers basic employee benefits. Employee Benefits- 1.There is no health insurance, no PF, no annual appraisal/hike, and no review for your work here. 2.We need to remind them ten times for a renewal of expired contract and raise with the new contract because they want staff to work on the same package range for years🤣😅 3.There are only 12 leaves each year, including sick leave🙄😅 4.There will be no bonus for Diwali😅🤣no performance bonus nothing.. 5.There is no maternity leave, and if you take it, your salary will be reduced 😅🤣 for all the married girl do not join here it's not your place to work there is no OT pay they ask for weekend work but they won't pay for your work🤣😅 6.You must pay money for all of your own pocket for all their administrative work like courier of the assets ..🤣😅they will not agree to cover half of the bill🤣😅Special note there hr policy can be changed according to their needs and requirements. As a result, experienced employees work harder and look for a better business to work for in order to reap the benefits of good employee🙂 Infrastructure - Common washroom for male and female employees with a key😅

Getting less payment than other places in the same business. Timing issue you are made to work extra hours without getting paid extra. Micro management. If you are a fresher or 2 yrs exp, the system provided to you are probably of the time when you took admission for 11th Std. Company follows employeement terms of Dubai and not of India. You wont be getting any employee benifits as health or term insurance. HR is not supportive but they cannot be blamed for that as they are as well suffering from the same issue. If you have already joined then please look for another job soo after 1 year as they will promise to give you incerment but won't specify you the amount as they say they will give you little increment.
