Good work experience, opportunities to learn

I joined the company as an intern, the environment of the company is very good as it was my first job there are many things i learned here apart from technical knowledge. Pros -Freshers have great opportunity as the company works with latest technologies. -Get to learn new things everyday and grown your self from every perspectives for eg technically and non technically -Company is very disciplined and professional. -Experience of working as an independent employee and no dependencies. -Washroom is clean, hygienic ,well maintained and not shared with other shops. -People's are nice,helpful from both the office (Mumbai & Dubai). -No politics. -Communication with managers and CEO is direct. -Good increment (depending upon the performance). -HR is nice, helps in all the non technical work. -Hard work and smart work is noticed by management. -Get time to do RND and learn new things from our own. -Salary comes on time. -One hour lunch break -Every Weekend off.
