Fab manager and colleague. Nice being in a village location. Finish at 5pm.
Cons
Senior/top management is terrible. Feel it’s ok to belittle and bully you. Left the company with awful mental health issues that still impact my life now.
Lack of training or support, a lot of unnecessary processes, no job satisfaction, poor leadership, and a bad blame culture. Not the caring company that they claim to be
From my initial application through to commencing my employment I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. From early on my instinct told me this was the organisation for me. I was made to feel part of the team even before I even started, and this team spirit grew through my initial induction. A great place to work and achieve my career aspirations.
Cons
The only negative I have is the six-month probationary period which may put some applicants off. The review process is however robust and fair.
