Pros
A very challenging place to be a coder. Ibratan is creating a brand new innovation team, using agile methodologies like XP and Scrum and also adopting very good practices on their development routines (microservices, Clean Code, etc).
Cons
The company is a bit old, thus the culture is very outdated except for the innovation team.
