None, show over and over they don't care for their employess
Cons
Cover day system not talked about in interviews or mentioned on job advert. Cover day system does now work. Not paid for bank Holidays when other sites do. Understaffed, no room for moving about to learn more jobs. Top management ignore all the problems and shows zero care about employees mental heath
