Good friends and you can spent all the day without any work

no process at all, raise upon your relation with the company members not upon your work, if you are a friend to the old people you will take all your rights if you are not you will get nothing, bad CEO and CTO in all aspects

- So much interruptions. - Titles and appraisals are based on friendship not working quality that you almost won't be able to differentiate between Team lead / senior / junior quality level. - Tight deadlines
