Pros
None. Even if you are making a 'decent' salary, the hours, the stress, the dysfunction make it not worth the destruction of your health. Even if they tripled the salary, it wouldn't be worth it.
Cons
Terrible leadership which begins with the Big Guy down in Florida. Benefits are worse than anything I have seen in the past 30 years. Understaffed, long hours and the talent they bring in is subpar, to put it nicely. Simply put, they do not care about the employees. It wouldn't let me give zero stars so don't take the 1 star as a chance that it can be redeemed. Would like to list names but it would benefit no one.
