Thank you for providing feedback associated to your experience as an employee at ICAN-B. As past and current team members know, our team is the backbone of our success as an ABA agency. ICAN-B’s growth is not possible without the quality of work provided to clients and families. Essentially, ICAN-B does not exist without its hardworking and dedicated professionals. This is the reason ICAN-B utilizes an objective manner to provide feedback (created by BCBA-D level professionals), while also guided by world class ADP Totalsource HR consultation to meet local, state and federal employment laws to ensure team members are supported across multiple fronts. ICAN-B is truly sorry to hear that grievance(s) and complaint(s) were not addressed. As an organization, we agree, a content employee is an employee who will work productively and at higher rates of responding. ICAN-B has an open-door policy that is highly encouraged to all its employees to utilize whenever needed. Furthermore, ICAN-B will ensure to address all objective and accurate material provided through your review.

Cons
